Compress an image to fit an email limit

A phone photo is often 8–15 MB. Many inboxes stop near 25 MB, and web forms ask for less.

Compression keeps quality between 40 and 90 and writes JPG or WEBP. EXIF and location are stripped.

Keep quality high for a screenshot that must stay readable. A listing photo is fine near 70.
