Turn a horizontal photo vertical for a story or CV

Holding the phone sideways saves a horizontal photo. Stories, some CV templates and vertical slots reject it.

The tool rotates clockwise a quarter turn only when the width is greater than the height. A vertical image is left as it is, and EXIF is stripped.

Use the rotate tool for any other angle. This one only turns a landscape photo upright.
