Add a colored border
The frame grows the canvas and does not cut the picture.
How it works

Pick color and thickness.

Press Create.

Download.
The color and thickness you pick are added on all four sides. Photo pixels stay put.
On a transparent PNG the empty areas take that color. An opaque photo may download as JPG.
Questions
Does the border cover the photo?
No. The canvas grows outward.
How thick can it be?
80 pixels.
Who can see it?
Only the person with the link. It is deleted after eight days.
