90 and 270 degrees swap width and height. 180 degrees keeps the measurements.
There is a separate tool that only turns a horizontal photo vertical. Here angle and mirror sit together.
Questions
Can corners become clear?
A PNG can keep transparency. An opaque photo downloads as JPG.
What about EXIF orientation?
The upload is oriented first, then your angle is applied. Old EXIF is removed.
