Edit
Make an image 8-bit
The file is a paletted PNG.
How it works
- 1
Choose the pixel size.
- 2
Press Create.
- 3
Download the PNG.
The tool reduces color to 256 tones. A pixel size of 1 changes only the palette. The picture size stays the same.
A higher pixel size shrinks the image and scales it back with nearest-neighbor. The blocks keep hard edges.
